Coldwell Banker Commercial Primus Realty, a division of Primus Realty Corp., originally began operating under the name of Primus Commercial in 1990. When Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation decided to re-enter the commercial arena in 1997, it was a natural fit for Primus Commercial to become one of the first Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates. Starting with three agents in 1990, the commercial division based out of Oswego, serviced the commercial needs of the greater Aurora area. Over time, due to reputation and results, the commercial office has grown to 13 agents, servicing the needs of clients as far away as Australia with specific needs in the greater northern Illinois area.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Primus Realty has the ability to handle all aspects of commercial interests, from investments to property management, to acquisitions and entitlements, to sales and leasing, and the opening of a second commercial office in Crystal Lake expands not only the breadth and depth of sales agents for the company, but allows quicker response time to our clients in the McHenry, Lake, northern Kane and Cook Counties, to match the service provided to our clients in Kane, DuPage, Kendall, DeKalb, Will and southern Cook Counties.
